While our partnership is concluding, each of our talented clinicians will be continuing their work with Neurofeedback Therapy through their own independent practices. Each member remains dedicated to maintaining high-quality personalized care. Continuity of Care
We are dedicated to continuity of care. Current patients will be consulted by their current clinician regarding the transfer of care to their independent practice. Remaining sessions previously purchased will be honored by the clinician. You may also consult with any of the clinicians listed below for assistance with scheduling, additional healthcare needs or questions.

Billing
Outstanding balances or refunds will be handled before closure.

Accessing Your Records​
You can request copies of your records or arrange a transfer by contacting any of the clinicians listed below. Records will be retained for at least seven (7) years and can be accessed upon request.
